For gold and jewellery shops in Egypt
Put the ledger down.
Stock and receipts in one place.
Software built for the gold trade: it counts weight rather than pieces, prices from today’s rate and your making charge, and prints the receipt exactly the way you already write it. Arabic first, and it keeps working when the line drops.
One payment · no monthly fee · setup and training included

Seventy-five thousand six hundred Egyptian pounds only
Why off-the-shelf software does not fit
Most systems are written for a shop that sells countable items. A goldsmith works differently: the safe holds a kilo of rings and 2,120 grams of chain, the gram price moves every morning, and the making charge changes by category. That is why most shops are still on paper — and paper never tells you that stock is short, or what the month actually earned.
By weight, not by piece
Stock is a category and a weight, exactly the way you count it in the safe. The karat is stamped on the movement itself.
At today’s rate
The gram price per karat, your making charge on top, and any discount — the total works itself out without a calculator.
Grams and milligrams
Two boxes, the same as the paper form in your hand right now, so nobody has to learn a new habit.
What you get
Everything the day actually needs, from opening to closing.
A receipt in under a minute
Pick the category and karat, type the weight in grams and milligrams, and the total comes from today’s rate. Print on A5 in Arabic and English, with the amount written out in words.
Stock that keeps itself
Every sale takes the weight out, every return puts it back. And the app will not let anyone sell weight the shop does not hold.
Works with no internet
Line down? The receipt is still written and still printed, and it uploads by itself the moment the connection returns. A counter tells you how many are still waiting.
Stock-take without the headache
Type what you actually counted and the app shows the difference against the record before you confirm. Every adjustment is signed by whoever made it.
Staff and permissions
Everyone signs in with their own number, and you decide who may change a price, void a receipt, or see the margins.
Know what you sold
Today and this month, category by category, branch by branch — without opening a ledger or adding anything up by hand.
On every device in the shop
The desk computer, a tablet at the counter, and a phone in your hand while you stand with the customer. The same data on all three at once.
The printer is handled
We supply and install a printer set up for A5, and keep you in paper and ink so a delivery never costs you a day.
How it works
From the first visit until the app is simply part of the shop.
- 1
We come to you
We sit in the shop, watch how you work, and set up categories, karats and making charges your way rather than someone else’s.
- 2
We load the stock
We weigh with you and record what is in the safe, category by category, so the app starts from a real number instead of zero.
- 3
We train the staff
The screens are large and the steps are few, so training takes about an hour. After that we are on the phone whenever you need us.
The price, stated plainly
One number, paid once, and the software is yours.

- Pre-cut receipt paper
- Ink, restocked before you run out
Questions we get asked
If yours is not here, send us a message on WhatsApp.
If the internet drops, does the shop stop?
No. The app runs on the device itself, so receipts are written and printed offline and upload by themselves once the line is back. A counter shows how many are still queued.
Where does my data live?
On our server, in a space that belongs to your shop alone, with a working copy on the shop’s own devices. Nobody else sees your stock or your receipts.
My staff are older and not comfortable with computers.
The home screen is a handful of large tiles with pictures: new receipt, stock, rates, stock-take. The type is big, the boxes are big, and the app refuses letters where digits belong. Most people are comfortable within an hour.
How is the making charge calculated?
You set a per-gram charge for each category, and you can override it on the receipt if you agreed a different number with the customer. A discount is applied at the end, to the total.
Where does the gram price come from?
You can post it yourself each morning per karat, or we connect a market feed and add your fixed amount or percentage on top. Either way works.
How do returns work?
Open the original receipt and return one line or all of it. The weight goes back into stock immediately and a printed return slip comes out.
I have more than one branch.
Each branch keeps its own stock and its own receipt numbering, and you see all of them together from wherever you are. Adding a branch does not mean buying again.
Does it file electronic invoices with the tax authority?
Not today. It prints the paper receipt you already hand the customer and keeps your copy. If you later need the tax-authority integration, we can talk about it.
Want to see it in the shop?
Message us and we will come by and show it running on your own stock at your own prices, with nothing to commit to.
