For gold factories in Egypt. One gold account with every shop you supply.By the gram, by the karat, confirmed by both sides.
Invoices in fine gold and money, scrap and payments, price fixing, catalogue orders and the workshop’s losses — in the same app the shops use. No reconciliation at the end of the month, because there is nothing left to reconcile.
- Fine gold and money in one ledger
- Tax invoices by karat, itemised
- Shops accept by weighing

The shared account
Every line is seen by both of you. Nothing else is.
Each shop you supply shares one ledger with you: fine gold in grams and money in your currency. An invoice, a scrap return, a transfer, a price fix — one line, two readers. Lines are never edited or deleted; a correction is a new line, so the history always adds up.

On your phone
- Issue invoices in gold and money
- Confirm the scrap and transfers a shop reports
- Confirm a price fix at your margin

On the shop’s phone
- Weigh and accept — only then do the goods enter stock
- Hand in scrap and record transfers
- Ask to fix part of the gold debt at today’s price
A line that costs the other side something waits for their confirmation. A line in their favour enters at once. That is the whole rule.
How a factory and a shop work in Ayarly
Five moments a week, each one a line in the shared account.
- 1
Link a shop
The shop links you to the supplier card it already keeps, you both agree the opening balance, and the account is shared from that moment. Shops that are not on Ayarly yet stay in your own book.
- 2
Invoice in gold
A line per item: karat, gross weight, making charge per gram, per piece or in gold. Fine gold is computed once for the whole invoice; VAT and making charge go in money. The shop gets a push, weighs, and accepts — or accepts with the difference recorded, which becomes a claim to you automatically.
- 3
Scrap and payments
The shop hands in scrap by karat and records transfers; you confirm on your phone. If your scale reads less than the shop’s, your weight stays a proposal until the shop agrees.
- 4
Fix the price
The shop asks to fix part of its gold debt and sees the market price and your margin, with a timer. You confirm, and the ledger moves: fewer grams, more money. Both sides get an email with the figures.
- 5
Statement to WhatsApp
Opening balance, every line, closing balance and the age of the debt — for any month, shared in one tap.

The first screen of the day
Where your gold is, before the first coffee.
The factory’s home screen shows what waits for your reply, what the shops owe you in fine gold and money, how much of it is not yet fixed in price — and what one per cent of the market means for it today. Below it, the workshop.
In the vault

What a factory gets
The same account on the phone, the web and the desktop, and the shop sees its side on the app it already runs.
Invoices by weight and karat
Fine gold, alloy, making charge and stones on every line. Settle in gold, in money or in a mix; the shop sees the same numbers you do.
Scrap by karat
A shop hands in 21K and 18K scrap from the counter; you confirm the weight and purity, and the ledger credits fine gold.
Price fixing board
Market price of 24K, your margin per gram, minimum lot. Shops fix from their phone; you confirm, or answer with another price inside the band you set.
Catalogue and orders
Models with a photo, karat and weight from–to. Shops in your country order in the app, you confirm with a promised date, and a shipment becomes an invoice draft.
Workshop and losses
Gold handed to a craftsman comes back as pieces, scrap or filings. The difference is the loss — by craftsman, operation and piece type, against the tolerance you set.
Statements to WhatsApp
A month’s account with any shop, shared from the phone. For shops outside Ayarly, with a link to join.
A debt limit per shop
A limit in gold and money for each shop. You are warned before issuing above it and can go ahead with a reason — the limit informs you, it does not block a good customer in season.
Roles and notifications
A workshop manager sees the workshop, a vault keeper the vault. Every step reaches the other side by push and email — only the people with the right to act.
The workshop
Every gram that goes out must come back.
Hand gold to a craftsman for an operation; receive pieces, scrap and filings; close the stage. What did not come back is the loss, in grams, per cent and money, against the tolerance you set per operation. Refining batches return their fine gold to the vault.
- The vault by karat and measured purity
- Who holds what on the bench, and since when
- Loss by craftsman, operation and piece type, with an alert above tolerance

Catalogue and orders
Shops order from your catalogue, not from WhatsApp photos.
Publish models with a photo, karat, weight from–to, making charge and lead time. A shop in your country fills a basket and sends an order with a wanted date; you confirm with a promised date. Late orders show on both sides, and a shipment turns into an invoice draft without retyping.
- Hide a model from shops, or archive it
- A change to an order waits for the shop’s agreement
- An overdue order is visible to you and to the shop

Built for a trade that runs on trust
The ledger is shared, the books are not. Here is what that means.
Each side sees its own books
You never see what a shop calls you in its books or who else supplies it; it never sees your other shops, your vault or your workshop. Only the shared lines are shared.
Nothing is deleted
A ledger line is never edited or removed. A correction is a new line — a reversal, a credit note, an adjustment — with its author and time.
Nothing enters against you without your word
A line that worsens your position waits for your confirmation, and the same holds for the shop. Rejected or withdrawn lines stay visible and never count.
One country, one currency
A link is made inside one country and one currency, with the opening balance agreed by both sides before the first line.
Most of your shops are not on Ayarly yet? That is where you start.
Keep their accounts in Ayarly on your own: issue their invoices, record their payments and scrap, and send each one a statement on WhatsApp with a link to join. The day a shop joins, its account continues where it was.
Book a demo
See it on your own numbers.
Thirty minutes on a call or at the factory: your shops, your karats, your margin. We show both phones — yours and the shop’s.
We answer Saturday to Thursday, 10 in the morning to 10 at night.
Questions factory owners ask
Plain answers, including the ones that say “not yet”.
My shops are not on Ayarly yet.
That is the normal starting point. You keep each shop’s account yourself — invoices, payments, scrap — and send it a statement on WhatsApp with a link to join. When it joins, the account continues; nothing is retyped.
What does a shop have to do?
Install the Ayarly shop app, link you to the supplier card it already keeps, and agree the opening balance with you. From then on it weighs and accepts your invoices, hands in scrap and records transfers from its phone.
How is gold counted?
In fine gold, the 24-karat equivalent: weight × karat ÷ 24, so 10 g of 18K is 7.5 g fine. Money is kept separately. A debt can be settled in gold, in money, or part of it fixed at a price.
What if the shop weighs less than my invoice says?
The shop accepts with the difference recorded, and a claim reaches you automatically. You answer with a credit note or dispute it; a tolerance set for the pair decides what counts as a difference at all.
Is it a proper tax invoice?
It is a tax invoice with the karat and the breakdown of fine gold, alloy, making and stones. It is not yet linked to your country’s e-invoicing system; we discuss that market by market.
Can a shop fix the price over the phone?
It sends the request from its phone — the grams, the market price and your margin, with a timer — and you confirm from yours. Both screens show the time of the price, and both sides get an email with the figures.
Do my craftsmen need the app?
No. The workshop manager records what is handed out and what comes back; craftsmen are names in the workshop, not accounts. The owner sees every stage, the loss, and who is above tolerance.
I also sell retail.
The showroom is included: the same stock, receipts and printing as a shop, under your factory account, with its own branches and people.
Can I work with shops in another country?
Not yet. A link is made inside one country and one currency. Cross-border invoicing follows other rules, and we would rather do it properly than promise it today.
What does it cost?
There is no setup fee and no monthly subscription. The terms are agreed with you at the demo, before you start — in writing.
